Chuck loves the technology and is the Marketing man behind the sales. His real estate experience is vast, having sold development properties, building lots, represented spec and custom builders, multi-family, condos and of course his mainstay is residential. Chuck has built his own custom homes, and even spec built too! Chuck holds his real estate Brokers license in Arizona and used to in Washington State ( Chuck's son Nate is a broker and handles his business there). In 2016 RE/MAX honored chuck with the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. 2026, Chuck has moved on to Realty One Group to better serve his clients needs!

Happily married for over 42 years, Chuck and his wife Wendy moved to the valley of the sun in 2012. They enjoy the warm weather, but miss their 2 adult sons and 8 grandkids!

Karen is a Southern California native and a 10 year resident of the beautiful Arizona skies. Before starting her career in Real Estate, Karen was a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona where she received her BS in Computer Information systems. Then a short few years later Karen received her MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University.

She worked in Information Security in the financial industry as well as consulting Fortune 500 companies on their internal controls environment. The highly technical audit skills give her a strong perspective while dissecting and negotiating real estate contracts as she's able to interpret the impacts each small change makes on the entire process.
